In the following I inform you about the processing of personal data when using my website. I take the protection of your personal data very seriously. I treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. Personal data is all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, e. g. name, address, e-mail address, IP address.

If you use my website for information purposes only, the following data about access to the website or the retrieval of a file will be collected, stored and processed in a log file:

– IP address of the requesting computer; this is shortened after 7 days in such a way that the data can no longer be assigned to a specific person.

– Date and time of access

– Name and URL of the retrieved file

– the browser used

– Number of bytes transferred

– Status of the page view

These data are collected and processed for the purpose of enabling the use of my website (connection establishment) and to permanently guarantee system security and stability, as well as to enable the technical administration of the network infrastructure and the optimisationof my internet offer (legal basis Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b and f DSGVO). In addition, these data are evaluated solely for internal statistical purposes and to improve the offer (legal basis Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) and subsequently deleted. They will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties.

 

3. Passing on of personal data

I will not pass on your personal data to third parties without your expressed consent. Something else only applies if there is a legal obligation or if this is necessary for the enforcement of my rights (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO).

In some cases I use external service providers to process your personal data, such as IT service providers and computer centers. These have been carefully selected and commissioned by me in writing. The service providers are strictly bound by my instructions and are regularly checked. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties or processed by the service providers outside the existing contractual relationship.

 

4. Your rights

You have the following rights vis-à-vis the aforementioned persons responsible:

– a right to free information about the personal data processed to your person and the creation of a copy of this data as well as to information about its origin and recipient as well as the purpose of data processing and the duration of storage (Art. 15 DSGVO);

– if necessary, a claim for correction of incorrect or incomplete data (Art. 16 DSGVO), deletion (Art. 17 DSGVO) or the restriction of the processing/blocking (Art. 18 DSGVO) of these data;

– the right to request a transmission of the data provided by you to yourself or another person responsible (Art. 20 DSGVO).

If you have given me your consent to the processing of your personal data, you can revoke this at any time with effect for the future. The legality of data processing prior to revocation remains unaffected.

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state/state of your place of residence, your workplace, the place of presumed infringement or the registered office of the practice (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz, Friedrichstr. 219, 10969 Berlin, mailbox@datenschutz-berlin.de) regarding data processing that you consider inadmissible.

 

5. Data security

I use the most common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. Usually this is a 256 bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, I use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell if a single page of my website is transmitted encrypted by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the address bar of your browser.

I also use suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorised access by third parties. The security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

 

6. Up-to-datedness and amendment of this data protection declaration

This data protection declaration is currently valid and has the status as of August 2020.

Due to the further development of my website and offers above or due to changed legal or official requirements, it may become necessary to change this data protection declaration. The current data protection declaration can be called up and printed out here at any time.
